      Pros

      Everyone I have met through my work experience at Caterpillar has been very gracious, understanding, and hard working. From the shop floor to the CEO's office, you will find very friendly people who are there to do business, and do it well. Right now the business is booming, and is only in the first stages of a sharp growth period. The work is there, so for industrious men and women, a future can be made that will make the past two years of economic sluggishness recede as any bad memory should.

      Cons

      The heavy equipment industry is hard work. Hot, dangerous work. Unfortunately, sometimes money supersedes values.
