Pros

I had the best of times there. Depending your level of motivation, you can go places.

Cons

Too much nepotism, loyalty reward vs perf reward drive younger folks away. It's still way too Peoria boys driven for a fortune 50 company. Does feel very much 21st century.

Pros

Great place to be in product support or technical marketing , esp. If you like travel and moving around the world. Truly global. Still building most the US bound product in the US.

Cons

Continuously trying to off shore the engineering even when there isn't a good business case. Over reliance on metrics and bureaucratic processes. Too many pockets with too many people without much to do while other areas overloaded.
