Pros

Fortune 50 Company at least for name sake

Cons

Incapable Top Management - getting sued all over. Rolling lay-off has become the normal way of operation No job security Top management has no concern for employees - not kidding, we pick our own trash - they think they are saving money by reducing 2 hours of janitor pay by making us do that.

Pros

Good compensation and job stability if you are not an agency person. The company is currently the market leader. Able to get a wide range of experience without leaving the company.

Cons

The company values management type work too much. There are too many people in management type positions that delegate work rather than doing the work. There is a glass ceiling if you are the hand-on technical type.

Pros

Learning opportunity is provided on the Job. Leaders Listen.

Cons

Career growth wont happen overnight. Most of the process would take double the time than a normal phase
