      A market leader weighed down by legacy

      Pros

      There is a strong drive to innovate and provide value to customer. Good work life balance and lot of opportunities to diversify your skills. Access to excellent technical resources.

      Cons

      Weighed down by bureaucracy. There is a process even for the simplest of things, which prevents the organisation from being agile and fast evolving. There is always a tussle between the different tech centres to take control of work. The company is spooked out about IPR and go to great lengths to protect data, even at the cost of delay in work. Quite difficult for tech employees to adapt to the strict IT rules.

      Not a bad job for the area, wouldn't move here just for this company.

      Pros

      Decent pay, good hours, learned a lot. Enjoyed my time so far and felt fortunate to work with a good set of people.

      Cons

      Poor executive office management, direction of the company is generally going down hill. Wouldn't recommend to someone who wants to work in a leading field or growing company.

      Good base salary for most employees.

      Cons

      Company overhill is going downhill due to being so antiquated. Every year benefits are worse. Pay is intentionally high for your title in order to make it difficult to leave the company. If you're caucasian male do NOT go to this company as you'll have near zero opportunities for advancement.
