You don't have to work hard, you don't have to be smart or qualified to work there.

Cons

Everything runs of favoritism, people in corporate and boutiques aren't the brightest crayon in the box. Sales people think they are smart and talented for selling jewelry in the mall, which they have no control over. Terrible management and structure in place.

Constant pressure, missing management and communication, no interest from management to deal with ongoing problems / issues
