Stagnant Career Growth: There is little to no opportunity for promotion, creating a clear lack of upward mobility. Below-Market Compensation: Salaries are significantly underpaid compared to industry averages, with annual increments stagnant at a minimal level. Manipulative Management: Leadership frequently makes unfulfilled promises regarding career advancement. Management often employs psychological tactics to undermine employee confidence and instill self-doubt, regardless of objective performance. Cultural Glass Ceiling: A restrictive environment exists for non-French employees. Climbing up the social ladder is significantly harder for non-white employees. Significant Compensation Disparities: There is a blatant disparity in treatment; non-French colleagues receive notably lower salary packages, fewer benefits, and less annual leave. Ongoing Instability: Due to continuous restructuring aimed at profit maximization, job security is low. Non-French workers are disproportionately targeted during frequent rounds of layoffs. Not for the Ambitious: I would not recommend this company to anyone looking to grow their career or work in a fair, merit-based environment.
