Pros
my HR manager gave me an opportunity to put out my skills and was willing to teach me the things I did not know as yet. I was thought both academically lessons and personality lessons such as having patience and one should not work with sentiment in the sense of when firing a person.
Cons
low salary wages and no benefits such as pension funds, dental and vision insurances, etc. Lack of trainings to improve ones work performance, and very low chance of growth.
