If you are in the market to buy a car and Carmax is on your list keep one thing in mind. If you go online to the website and request information, hold a car, transfer a car or so much as try to call the store to ask any question at all the company takes half of your sales person’s commission!!
This is not a negative post just want you to know how the person that will be responsible for taking care of you and your next car is or is not getting paid. They did NOT reduce the price of the vehicles you will be considering nor will you get any other breaks in APR or service plans. That money is kept by Carmax as profit and to “expand”. Please, keep this in mind and if you would share, that would be great. I would love to see Carmax customers speak out, leave feedback on Carmax website or Facebook. If you think it’s good, say it’s good. But if you don’t, please say something. No other business that I know of cuts the employees pay because the customer called the store first or went to their website. I promise, they don’t care what the employees think, maybe they will care what their customers think.
