Pros

Easy training class Work from Home

Cons

This position is not at all what the training class and employees you initially meet make it out to be. The pay is not worth the stress of MICRO MANAGING if you want to be coached for just using the bathroom on the clock then go for it, I’ve only been here a few months and I am already miserable. I am only leaving this review to make future applicants aware.

Work from home, equipment provided.

Cons

They shove giving an "iconic" experience to the customer down your throat. They do not care about work/life balance. I needed to work specific hours to work around my schooling. When hired I was told no problem, but that changed immediately.

Pros

The people are great. Hours are good.

Cons

New CEO is determined to turn the company into Walmart. Upper management does not care about employees. New commission structure is terrible and completely unfair for work completed. Vehicle quality has gone downhill substantially.
