Pros

It could always be worse.

Cons

Cluttered systems make sales process overly complicated. (CEC, order processing, order entry) Sales managers seem more focused hitting their own observation/write up metrics instead of actully training and supporting sales associates professionally.

Pros

Fun co-workers, fast paced working, multiple jobs to be done each day, hours were pretty good

Cons

HORRIBLE MANAGERS, HORRIBLE HR, the managers and bosses lie constantly to protect themselves. The two highest people at my location were both fired while I was there. Poorly run, and they absolutely do not give a crap about you. Oh also ran on POINT SYTEM.
