Pros

Very rewarding job when you have a good team around you. CarMax has a strong incentive plan in my opinion that allows you to make really good money for the amount of work you put into your job.

Cons

I feeling like the allocated amount of staffing at my location is low compared to the work at hand. It’s difficult to get higher level tasks completed beyond sales, I find it difficult to have time to work on my AOR.
