Pros

Family atmosphere, Decent compensation, Great training and a culture of experimentation. Customer focused.

Cons

Increased demand for vehicles has lead to lower quality. Too many folks trying to eat from the same plate.

Pros

Excellent benefits such as car discount, time away policy. CEO cares about employees - happy employees make for happy customers! Gives away free turkeys to everyone during the holidays.

Cons

Very lean - just upgraded to MS Office 2007, use Lotus Notes instead of Outlook

Payed for your performance, felt like running your own business

Cons

Most weeks have split days off with the occasional Friday Saturday Sunday and a Sunday Monday within a 6 week period. 100% commission is rough on a bad month! but overall it was fairly consistent.
