Pros

Human interaction. Passion for cars. Employee discounts (Max 3 cars per year). Role play skills. Self confidence. Auto trade secrets. "Buyer" position has higher job satisfaction.

Cons

Schedule inflexibility. Unpredictable hours. Forget about personal life. Training material is overwhelming. Low pay (especially at newer locations with low sales)

Pros

Great place to work, they really appreciate what you do, teambuilders, decent pay, decent benefits, great work life balance.

Cons

Health plan is mediocre, Upward mobility even for top performers is nonexistent, your manager will speak out of both sides of their mouth (using lots of words to not say anyting)
