Everyone is wonderful to work with always positive and helpful. Great training and communication in the office and other departments. There are always opportunities for growth if desired.

Pros

Great advancement opportunity. Good salary. Some of the benefits are great, they have tuition reimbursement for full time employees. Air conditioned work place.

Cons

Sometimes they don't follow ASE requirements for advancement. Drug tests are only done when you apply, after that who knows?

Pros

easy schedule. easy workload. relatively easy money. good management. they have your best interest in mind, as far as trying to help you make money.

Cons

some customers can be real douchebags. other local dealers take advantage of the 'free appraisal' process by sending their customers there to get the car evaluated, only to 'beat' it by $500.
