It seems like they really listen to me

Cons

Technical track opportunities can be hard to come by. Every upper end track requires management experience. There are very few technical specialty tracks.

Pros

The pay is decent, benefits are nice and the people are fun to work with. The hours -- at least the scheduled hours -- are great. Classic 3-4 schedule; however you may end up working 6 to 7 days per week.

Cons

There is a high turnover ratio at the Laurel position. You will be worked long and hard. Lunch break may or may not happen. Sleeping in the guard shack overnight highly recommended.
