Pros
Great training/mentor program. Good place to learn car business.
Cons
The company is more concerned about profits than the employees. They would rather wholesale cars, because that's where the money is for them. They don't always pay their sales consultants when a customer sells a car, and it's where Carmax makes the most money. They still try to maintain a Fortune 100 top employers to work for, but fare failing.
