Pros

Easy Job and decent benefits.

Cons

Huge employee overturn. Super low wages. Long work hours for little money. Management has employee preferences. GM never steps outside of the office. No team building. In 3 months 23 out of 57 sales consultants left.

Pros

An honest company that emphasizes integrity and avoids the sleaziness associated with used car retailing. Good training. Employee diversity.

Cons

Sales employees are constantly pressured to sell extended service plans. The plans are extremely profitable. for the company. Even though most consumer experts advise against purchasing extended warranties, salespeople are constantly goaded to sell them to at least 70 to 80 %of their customers. Start looking for another job if you fall below 60%.
