Pros

Relationships built between co-workers. The one-month Training is O-K. Provides you with more confidence in talking to dynamic personalities daily, sales experience, etc.

Cons

Micromanagement galore under the name of IDPs ( individual development plan) and annual file reviews. With two to three sales managers on the floor at one time, it’s hard for them to be on the same page. One will tell you one thing and another one tells you something completely different. Full commission work with hourly-pay rules. Stressful during slow months being an all-commission job (no hourly pay).

Pros

Sales floor and rest of non management staff was really close. Depts worked really good together. Customer Traffic was good. Process was fairly easy.

Cons

New Upper management would micromanage way too much. Pay wasn't good, 1-$10 raise in 10 years per unit. Not paid for ongoing weekly training. Moral and quality of vehicle declined over the years.

Pros

Great opportunity to build your own team. If willing to grow, there are many opportunities to work special projects to prove yourself. Much of Operations does not work on weekends.

Cons

Although really good internal development, terrible promotion processes. Expect to be micro-managed frequently. Too many hours-sometimes over 70 per week. Due to their recent growth, many managers are not subject matter experts in their areas or great leaders in general.
