-Made great money but be willing to bust your tail. -Flexibility if you are part time once you have sold enough cars. -Able to sell to all different people at all different credit Levels. -Great Match for 401k
Cons
-You get penalized when a car gets returned due to mechanical issues. And yes its very common. -Favoritism is very common. Management favorites certain employees and its obvious by all. -Sales managers are the punching bag of the company and do not have much if any authority. These are not true managers they just do as the general manager AJ says. -If there is a complaint they immediately take the side of the customer before even analyzing the situation so that there is not a formal complaint. -Very little room to grow past the sales manager position.
