CarMax always strives for a positive, supportive, and energetic work environment. Always strives to keep the associates in mind with each decision. Always trying to improve the associates work environment whether its through resources, flexibility, or compensation. Always trying to improve communications

Cons

Too much focus on political buzz words or agendas. Communicates about things that alot of associates don't understand, care about or see why it should be important to them. It does seem that, since Covid, CarMax is less associate driven and more numbers driven. I'm sure there is a business reason for this. But that is what made CarMax such a great place to work.
