Many training options online. The training system was being enhanced so that the employee would know required courses etc.

Cons

(1) Hard to network to find your next engagement. (2) Not made aware of all mandatory training which can lead to being higher on the list to be part of workforce reduction and not being considered for open assignments. (3) Many don’t meet their managers. It was several months before one was assigned to me. (4) Hard to find engagements to work on. (5) Hard to network if you are remote and the only person on an account.
