      Pros

      Lots of room for advancement. You're given the opportunity to stand out but you will certainly have to work for it. The work is usually interesting and leadership has an open door policy.

      Cons

      The hours are terrible. The company really should promote more work/life balance. Not all manager are focused on output of quality. If you're the type that has to do the job right to sleep at night you may want to look elsewhere.

      Pros

      -Good Values and I feel they shows up in Capgemini. -Flexibility in Work Time and Work From home facility (if your project requires that). -Work Life balance and I feel comfortable getting Leaves Approval and any Emergency Leaves. -A BIG BRAND NAME (Good for your Career). -Good Learning Opportunities with Various Internal and External Trainings and Online Portals. -Project Longavity Awards (Finalcial benefits every half year) for staying more than 2 years in a single project.

      Cons

      -Sometimes we are not satisfied with Appraisals (But I think this is more dependent on your Mangager rather then your Company) so you have to keep updated your Manager about your good work and better have good terms with him.

      Problem with senior leadership particularly in Financial services . Senior leadership is not focus and lacking of commitment .Vision , goals, Strategies are not flowing from Top management to associate
