      Pros

      It is a very Flat organization with very less designations Opportunity for networking across globe as the firm is spread across 38 countries large yet nimble as it is divided into units that operate more or less as independent units

      Cons

      siloed structure and very less cross polination between units slow upward growth in career less avenues to move across units

      Good top management at HQ level and in US. Good image and loyal customer base. Opportunities to increase knowledge.

      Cons

      Slow decison making compared to competition. High F&A cost which refelects in overhead en politics. Growth rates are heavily impacted by history, not by opportunities. Growth argets do not compare with Indian or Us companies.
