Pros
It is a good company which provides service to other companies like Hewlett Packard, Vueling or Banc Sabadell among others. It is easy to get in, they accept very different profiles without having experience in SWQA. The atmosphere with your colleges and the managers is very warm and easy
Cons
It is quite difficult to grow into the company in terms of salary. You will have to develop your path by yourself, because there is not a lot of training. After a while, and if you want to continue growing professionally, it's wiser to look for other companies.
