Pros
Overall interesting for beginners (entry salary, projects with possible exposure to customers). Multicultural entreprise. Nice facilities. Not much more to say on the bright side unfortunately.
Cons
Newcomers left to themselves, with usual e-learning stuff, waiting for a project assignment. Sometimes without assignment for months. When the project is there, little training and thrown to customer's premises. Employee rating system is as follows: 1 = outstanding to 5 = bye bye. As a senior, you excel or you quit. Anyone doig very well his job would normally get only average (3 out of 5). At the first little cloud you get a 4, which is obviously below average... This company is not senior friendly. Engagement managers are rewarded to stress any defect they can find in order to legitimate a below average mark. Confirmed by some friendly manager (one who did not succeed...). A word on the values: the more you stress the values, the less you really mean them. And as values, you also had: People matter, results count. Understand: Results count over people.
