Lack of culture Disconnect between Altran and client If you aren’t in Burlington, you feel disconnected from Altran. If you are in Burlington, you won’t be for long because you’ll have to travel frequently (especially for more senior positions).

Depending on the client that you are allocated, could be very frustrating work here, some clients are very difficult to deal with, and the company/Managers don't help. There is a huge difference between the salaries for the same position, and the CEO said this is "normal" if they want to bring someone from outside, they have to pay more, ok but they don't recognize who is already here.
