      salary is on time, mutuelle, 20 mots minimum 20 mots minimum

      Cons

      They find you work "similiar" to your cv, no trainings that are good, they dont care at all about the client. Clients treat poorly consultant. Rembmer that client pays about 9000 euro for you, so they demand high productivity. If the client is unhappy they will blame you and send you sanction disciplinaire. If you refuse mission, u will be fired. Managers totally ignore you, they do not bother to talk to you

      Pros

      Very nice experiences such as Orange in Mougins and UEFA Euro 2016 in Nice Stadium ! Thank you so much. The last one is the best work experience in my life. I will always remember. Unforgettable beach parties/restaurants and team building with the customers

      Could not attend to all business meetings due to family obligations : maybe sending reports after every meeting to employees would be a good solution so they can keep an eye on Altran evolution

      plenty of activities organized internally, competent team managers but too busy to actually manage a team, great research center

      Cons

      they need to work more on diversiyfing their customer base; the company has a lot of profit, but no annual bonus for the employees, high turnover because some people are very well paid and others much less
