The culture is heavily driven by favoritism; your experience and flexibility will depend entirely on how "close" you are to your manager rather than company policy or your performance Most concerning is the lack of job security; they have a "hire and fire" mentality. Mid-level managers are often the first to be laid off if a project isn't immediately available, even if the lack of work is due to management's failure to secure contracts. There is very little loyalty shown to employees during downtime
