      1. Works on cutting edge technologies 2. Flexible Timings 3. Good People 4. Technically sound people 5. amongst one of the best in telecom in NCR region

      Cons

      1. Its focus changed recently to a profit oriented company rather than employee oriented company 2. Non uniform distribution of onsite opp across different projects 3. Some policies have intentionally introduced loop holes

      Very competitive salary and very smooth hiring process

      Cons

      Lack of communication, payroll department is a separate company and there is a lack of communication between Aricent and payroll which causes issues should payroll problems arise. Lack of timely responses to emails and phone calls.
