A Good Technical team , technology and customer base. Good exposure to Engineers on Technology front.
Cons
There is a general trend within the organisation where people with 15 years and 7 years are all holding the same position. A person should be in Management only after 12- 15 years of solid working experience. A) Company has an advantage to have good technical people benefiting the customers, B) With good working experience comes a rich and better technical and people management.
