      Needs improvement when getting projects.

      Pros

      Keeps you occupied and they get your visa processed irrespective of when you join. Flexible work hours and free transport provided.

      Cons

      They just got into new domains and hence they need to go through some successful projects to get their management team some experience. There was a lot of confusion and non-clarity regarding the project health and finally the project was shelved.

      Fresher training program is good Work environment is good Flexible working hours Get to work on decent projects that's all

      Cons

      Fresher package not increased since 2006 Remuneration not adequate as per talented workforce Minimal onsite opportunity (that too for test engineers almost none for developers)
