      - High-level professionals (high-standards in recruiting their engineers) - Great freedom to develop your own internal initiatives - Great consultancy projects opportunities - Support for training and certification - Good salary

      - Lack of support (you have to be self-driven) - Lack of vision for your career (you have to be able to build your own vision) => Not for people who like to be told what to do and how to do it. => Great for people who like to make their own path

      Pros

      From the learning prospective, i'll grade it 10 out of 10. Having a very good working culture. Flexible timings. Work from Home if necessary. You can wear anything, no formals :) Good management. Organizes many extra activities for employees. Awards for employees as they deserve.

      Cons

      CTC is not good as per work because telecom is supposed to be one of the toughest job in IT sector. No Pick and drop facility for employees for free.
