      Flexible work timings (based on the project offcourse) Compensation is better compared to other services companies

      Cons

      More of body shopping which does not make you feel part of the company at all Not very professional environment that I have seen Very unstable management. Name changes, reorgs are so frequent that you start to lose sense of direction

      Pros

      If you are a right fit for the project or customer you work for, you can progress quickly with a regular performance. There is a wide formative offer. Compensation package is fine if you joined the company before 2010.

      Cons

      Would be difficult change from one project/customer to another. Career plan is not a priority for the management. You can take a lot of courses, but any control about your career path. Too much gossip, information is something the people trade with, affecting the projects, decision making, and so on. Being out of these non-official channels, is in fact to be out of the official ones!
