      no network security you can take exception in each and every process.

      bad incentive policy bad travel policy policies are not equal for all inactive HR no power in HR hand process are just for formalities

      Offer better wages than most of the service companies.

      Cons

      Flexi working hours are just on paper unless you manager approves it. Most of the time because of mismanaged project / "too competitive" deadlines you end up spending a lot more time in the office than at your home. No scope for innovative ideas. Just do what your Manager tells you to and keep your brain out of office building. Many HR policies are anti-employee. Also very late responses for Admin-finance-HR queries from respective departments. Employees are just "workers" ! No guarantee that you will work on the area you like to.
