Every leader I have come i contact with has gone out of their way to make sure others know the extent of my contributions. - If you are getting your work done effectively, there is no micromanaging - Great flexibility in finding the best arena for your skillset - Exposure do a wide domain of fields and clients
Cons
- Cumbersome review process - Regularly having to go through the 'job hunt' process, when client engagements end. I know this is very normal fro the industry, I just hate interviewing, so this may just be personal to me.
