CNP Santander Insurance Services reviews

Very basic to non existent tech stack (excel only), no database access (request report though a team based in Spain), plenty of data but not a data driven company - i suspect as they are very profitable (insurance...) they don't feel the need to expand their horizons, and to reiterate - too much manual excel work. Very little communication from management, in my case at least. Oh and really poor on diversity, almost shocking.

They should try to retain talented people who decide to leave the company.
