      Solid Insurance Company growing in LATAM through M&As. Opportunities to develop an international career and to share knowledge with interesting and high level experts.

      Cons

      Some positions are taken much more for political power than for good competences. Best positions are shared in a restrict political network. Some people has very poor manager abilities.
