Pros

Leading national news network, very innovative storytelling, versatile show teams and anchors, nothing less than very precise work.

Cons

no more dinner :( could be thrown into new position without any training, control rooms can be toxic environments w/ a lot of yelling & use of profanity, those first two things are enough really

Pros

- Got to contribute to a national news team -CNN weights positively on your resume -Got to sharpen my skills in writing

Cons

-Little room to grow when presenting new ideas for innovating -Never got recognition from my peers -Lot of nagging from peers but never positive feedback when things went wrong -unlivable paycheck -Very hierarchical and bureaucratic -Extremely hard to move up in the company -High rates of turnover because employees are not pleased -Most of my peers complained about their salaries and work culture
