Great pay, great work environment, great coworkers, great opportunities for both, and really good benefits and insurance

Cons

Getting time off at the holidays is a little tough but it’s doable. I also wish we got holiday pay and that hourly workers were paid biweekly instead of weekly but other than that, it’s a great job.
