Lots of opportunity, lots of red tape

Pros

Huge company, lots of opportunity to grow. Really diverse team of incredibly talented people which makes learning and growing personally a daily routine.

Cons

Because they are so large, there's a lot of unnecessary red tape involved in any kind of change. Poor performance is difficult to give any repercussions for and stellar performance is difficult to reward. Status quo and longevity with the company are the only surefire ways to slowly make your way up the ladder.

Pros

Pay is ok, but the company is run by to many managers.

Cons

superfutial commercial-led cultural values, us-centric popular-based entertainment encouraging consumerism. weak content, and endless repetition. Actually thats just the good points. . . .

Pros

Great 401k matching. Tons of paid time off. Intelligent co-workers Free parking.

Cons

Total lack of support for employees. Continual punitive actions for not providing 110% accuracy. If you make a mistake caused by another, you get nailed. Atmosphere of fear is the norm. Insane scheduling. A toxic, corporate work environment.
