Pros

Amazing benefits, laid back culture. Rewarding and fulfilling job. Opportunity to travel the world. Great feeling of being a part of a family

Cons

Super competitive. Must know someone "in the circle" to get promoted in many cases. Can be very corporate at times.

Pros

International travel is probably the biggest followed by exposure to the newest in video transmission technology. You're challenged creatively and logistically and technically.

Cons

There are several but I think the biggest is not valuing what individual employees bring to the group effort over time.

Pros

They are very wiling to encourage interns to see different aspects of the company. Good integration with the team, and a supportive cohort of other interns.

Cons

Internships do not feel like a step towards a future career at the organization. Management can be frustrating to deal with if the intern wants additional challenges.
