Pros

Experience is always subjective to your position but as a whole this is an excellent place for broadcast production personnel. Culture is inclusive, content standards are high, shifts are largely M-F days, management's communication is open & honest, and technology is on par with industry standards. Benefits are competitive. 20 min from Manhattan in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.

Cons

I see this as a plus, but it's located on the west side of the Hudson, just barely north of the GW bridge, 20 min from Manhattan. For some people this is a con but I'd rather live on the NJ side and enter NYC when I want to so it works for me.
