Pros

Great people and environment. Majority of people here are friendly. Most don't work weekends and they have a kitchen that stays open until 7pm. There is a gym from treadmills to dumbbells that go up to 100lbs. They also hold social activities for employees. There also is an outdoor area to eat when the weather is nice. They provide shuttles for commuters from NYC to Jersey.

Cons

There isn't a toaster oven in the break room and there is no pool. Other than that, they take care of their workers!

Great people/No Life Balance

Pros

The people that work there are fun, great, energetic. The facility is nice. They have laundry service and access to gym. They also offer a shuttle for those that do not live in New Jersey which is a plus.

Cons

No life balance. I was coming into work at 9am and leaving at 7p or 8p constantly. Manager was micro-managing. No room for growth whatsoever.
