Pros

Great and extremely young people on the team, free gym

Cons

This isn't a place for people that like actual journalism. Headline journalism is too much of a thing on this team and then some producers rely on younger people to find the research to support the higher ups' thesis that doesn't make sense a lot of the time. Not a lot of initiative from older people on the team to diversify their skill set. Most of the younger people can shoot, edit and research very well. If they don't, they are eager to learn. Some of the seniors can't do anything of these things properly. I'll give them this though, they're really good at acting busy all day long.

Pros

It is a great team environment. The team is focused on growth and true reporting. Everyone is genuine and cares about the whole person which is something I appreciate.

Cons

The cafeteria can be a bit weak sometimes.
