Pros

Lots of freebies lol, very process driven company

Cons

The newsroom displays a very poor editorial understanding of Asian news/stories which is surprising given that it's had an on-ground team in Singapore for the longest time. Junior producers are not encouraged to pitch or contribute ideas because of its top-down bureaucratic structure. This perpetuates a very weak newsroom culture

Pros

Great place to start off career , nice perks, nice people, great environment.

Cons

Hard to move up the ladder. People have same position for years. If you want to move up the ladder, look into other NBC properties.
