Pros

Great benefits as part of NBC Universal. This includes lots of training opportunities. Friendly employees. Great gym

Cons

The location is horrible - very isolated for those coming from the city. You will need a car to leave the building which is a bummer. Also its tough to get promoted. Many people stay in the same role for many years.
