several cost cutting measures. Asia has little say. Europe counterparts have more say.

Pros

- Learn a lot if you are open to new experiences - When they trust you some teams are open to you pitching and taking more control - Recently more training on the AP level, like management woke up to feedback and turnover - Colleagues and most managers are nice to work with

Cons

- Not enough staff, even senior management is doing 4 or 5 jobs, all doing extra roles - Industry is challenging but TV still a big part of their business - Technology is outdated
