      Pros

      The benefits are very good, at an entry level position you receive 21 days paid time off and 12 paid holidays. Visually appealing office building. Cubicles have short walls to create interactive evironment.

      Cons

      This specific job is very repetitive. Stressful job with no time for breaks between interactions with customers. Tied to your desk feeling at all times.

      Pros

      Employees are friendly, benefits are excellent, industry is exciting and interesting. Overall its a great company to start out at fresh from college, though most positions don't require a college degree...

      Cons

      Process for advancement is very slow, you must be in your current position min 18 months before even applying to another job. There is a lot of lateral movement going on in the company but as for actually moving up, the opportunities seem few and far between. Pay is average at best, the industry in general doesn't pay the greatest so that is something to consider if you are thinking of entering. Benefits are great though and do help make up..
