Overall, good management—especially from the local IT team.

Cons

As the local IT team is not heavily involved in the project, we will need to follow ARO’s guidelines and instructions.

Pros

The company itself is great, with good policies and cultures in place. Fun activities happen often and there's a sense of unity you can get out of it.

Cons

However, it all truly depends on the team/department you work for. As someone on the production floor, there's not alot of freedom in terms of the login time, hybrid working, or even taking continuous leaves. Sick leaves are somehow asked to be informed "one day prior". Not sure about others, but definitely uncomfortable for me. Even if good work is delivered, the focus jumps into the timing and leave patterns or even raising requests. So it all depends on your manager. It's both a good thing and a bad thing; for me? Pretty bad.
