Poor work-life balance, Senior management is one of the worst I have seen so far. The people handling the Guidewire Practice Team are like a bunch of clowns. They treat you like slaves and expect you to work 24 hours a day. Your work is never respected or credited for. Currently lacks technically sound people to guide newcomers, as they have resigned due to frustration. Too much of internal politics lies within the team.
